Properties

Glass Ionomer Filling Cement is radiopaque and offers excellent adhesion to both enamel and dentine. As it prevents the formation of marginal leakage, retentions are not strictly necessary though undercuts provide additional hold to the filling. The thickness of the filling layer should be at least 1 m

C1 = universal

B4 = yellow

B1 = light

Indications

  • Restoration (especially class I) of deciduous teeth
  • Repair of conical lesions and enamel defects as well as root erosions in the dental neck area, including class V fillings
  • Obturation of cavities with ca rious lesions
  • Class III fillings and small class I fillings, including extended fissure sealing
  • Core build-up under crowns
