Chemical Cure Hybrid Composite
Properties
Hybrid Composite is a self-curing, two-component dental restorative for anterior and posterior restorations. Based on BIS-GMA resins, the composite contains a 62% by volume (79% by weight) blend of inorganic X-ray opaque micro-(~ 0.05-1.0 μm) and macro (~ 3-5 μm) fillers. Typically this composite offers a high level of stability, resistance against abrasion, colour stability, low shrinkage and very good polishing facilities. Its universal colour makes it suitable for most applications.

Light-Cure Microhybrid Composite
Properties
Microhybrid Composite is a visible light-cure dental restorative for anterior and posterior restorations. Based on BIS-GMA resins, the composite contains 65% by volume (80% by weight) inorganic micro-filler particles of approx. 0.05 - 1.0 μm. Typically this composite offers a very good aesthetic quality, strong radiopacity, high resistance to abrasion, excellent colour stability which lends itself to high gloss polishing.
